At this moment of grievance, putting aside all the political considerations, I want to express my deepest regret and indignation over the fatal casualties and hundreds of injured people during the clashes and massive violations perpetrated by the kocharyan-sargsyan regime.
I express my deepest sorrow to the families and relatives of the dead and injured, regardless the fact they have been among people or police. I call upon serenity and restrain, being convinced, that all individuals in charge of committed crimes will soon or late face the justice.
