POLITICAL DECLARATION
I am making this political declaration to state that
1. I find groundless and refute all the charges that were brought against me after forceful break up of the peaceful sitting strike at the Square of Liberty in the center of Yerevan. on March 1 at around 6:20 to 7:00
2. I consider all the actions that were committed against me as an illustration of the political order of the superior authorities of the Republic of Armenia to law-enforcement bodies.
The bases for this declaration are
1) In recent past I was a high-ranking police officer within the system of internal affairs of RA. I held various high posts.
2) Currently I am a board member of All- Armenian Movement Party, which supports RA Candidate for President Levon Ter-Petrosyan.
3) During the RA Presidential elections while being trustee of RA President candidate Levon Ter- Petrosyan, I was the authorized coordinator of election processes in Aragatsotn marz.
